Consulting and Recommendations

Recommendations are based on the information available during an engagement and are intended to support business decisions. Each client remains responsible for its decisions, implementation, operations, personnel, and customer relationships. Specific business, financial, operational, employee, or customer results are not guaranteed.

Customer Experience Assessments

Customer experience assessments, including secret shopping, reflect the conditions and interactions observed during the assessment period. Findings may not represent every customer interaction, employee, location, or operating condition.

Training and Leadership Development

Training and leadership-development services are educational and advisory in nature. They do not guarantee employee performance, promotion, sales results, or other business outcomes.

Website and Digital Services

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely content, approvals, access, and materials needed for the agreed work. Third-party hosting, domains, integrations, plugins, APIs, platforms, and other services may have separate terms and may change, fail, or discontinue features outside Elevate Your Divine's control.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing terms for custom deliverables may be defined in the applicable project agreement. Elevate Your Divine retains its rights in its branding, website content, methodologies, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments and Project Agreements

Pricing, payment terms, project scope, and deliverables may be set out in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other agreement for a particular consulting engagement or project.

Results and Professional Advice
